Got a pair of tuffs cheapish, rear has no guts........sooooooo.........
I made some guts from a shimano road hub some plate and some high tensile bolts.
Took some lathe work and some welding but think they will look ok when the plate is painted black and the wheel has been cleaned up. I hope they do.

You could ad 5 lightening holes to them to make em look even tricker.

Well at least it saves looking everywhere for a guts, I had the Starfire rims to go off which helped just made this a bit more modern.
I wont make lightening holes GTHODAD cos the way it is means gunk cant get inside. It does look pretty neat.

What a great job Tim. You have a talent. I have one concern though. No amount of remodelling will make tuffs any better. You would have been better off burning them and using your talent to make something special!!  Grin
