It's the Patent # supplied to them when they were invented in 1974.

Every set of Tuffs has one. Theres no need for a pic. Theres no meaning to the number at all.
The easiest way to upload a pic is to get a Photobucket account (it's free) and use that to upload pics. Once you have an account I'll go through it with you and show you how to use it.
