powerlite hubs, what era?

I know what these are, a bike mechanic friend told me they look like they are mid school from around the 1990, am just wondering if anyone remembers these. The rear is still laced to a wheel, but is a match to this one.
So if you reckon its 90 or there abouts please comment or say when you think it is from.
If it is mid school and not old school I guess i can't charge half as much for it.
Cheers Tim
