Ok this has me stumped....it has an alloy shaft and wedge the shaft has machine marks on it like the Nitto alloy posts and a pin thru the back of the head to hold it in place....2 top caps one for the bars and one surrounding the wedge bolt head....ano blue top ...strange stuff.
