Got these forks today Huh?
The lower hole is threaded & the top hole is not.
Can't see any stamping, around the shaft is badly scored.

Not sure Troy but i owned a chrome set years ago same pegs the works only chrome
I'd be betting on either Univega or orion as said elswhere
