Hi there

Is anybody here familiar with the eBay seller 'bikecology1'

I won an auction back in June but have never received the item. I was told they had shipped it by surface mail. Someone called Wilson was replying to my messages up to the point of the 45 day limit. Since then they have gone quiet although I did get a reply saying they would refund the money. I know that I should have logged a case for unreceived items but was far to trusting as they were replying to my messages. It seems that they have played out the 45 days and now theyre ignoring me.

Anyway I wondered if any of you guys know of 'bikecology1' or had any problems with them in the past.

Maybe go visit them and sort it out face to face. They are in Ryde or Paramatta. They have 100% good feedback so I doubt they are dodgy. Print out their ebay and email messages take it in and hopefully find the item or get your money back.

They may have 100% feedback but they dont honour their deals even or keep their promises. Its a shame really, very dissapointed.

I just got a refind from the Bikecology muppets! Was just about to really loose it with them and sent one last message and bingo they have refunded the money. What a fooock about though!

Will steer well clear of them in the future.
