In a lot of cases the serial indicates made by The Giant factory. Although the welds on it indicate it isnt very good quality. Tange? Doubt it.
Maybe start searching what bikes were made by Giant in the 80s and 90s.
Are ya gonna build it up?

yea the welds arent great haha. yea i wanna build it as a beater. daily rider. i was on bmxmuseum.com and it looks super similar to a tange hot heart. but oh well. haha. its just been stripped in an acid bath at my dads work. powdercoating it a pastel blue. black forks, blue bars, got a free set of black tuffs. just something to ride when im bored that still looks nice.
