If its got purple writing Id say about 1994. The jester I saw had canti brakes and 1" headset which is early to mid 90s

thanks for that is does have purple writing all the brakes and leavers,hubs,seat clamp and front sprocket are all blue aloy not a bad looking bike over all

Hre's mine, yeah had blue anno brakes and levers. Yours sounds similar. Would make a good cheap mid school rider although it has no connections to the Quicksilver from the 1980s
