G'Day Guys,

I am about to start a 26" JMC frame/fork project. I have 5 pre-sold so far (all to the USA) so if your interested please drop me an email info@johnnychopper.com.

Other projects that I'll be doing also include:

24" & 26" VDC frame sets

TEAM JAG frames in any size.

RL Proline cruisers

O* Flyers

26" D* cruisers

In the coming months I'll be doing 4130 JMC replica bars for 20? and the cruisers, 4130 Sk*wa* bars with teardrop xbar, 4130 RL Proline v-bars, and 4130 Monkey bars for the VDC?s. I?m also doing old school tapered tubular 4130 crank arms similar to C* and BOSS without the full wrap ends (just like the originals) to take a 48 spline spindle.

I do repairs also and welcome any steel frame or part for repair from anywhere in the world. I have a large inventry of dropouts and gussets for repairs and it is growing all the time. I also do replicas of a lot of old school forks and handle bars too. Check out www.johnnychopper.com for more info.

I will have 13/16" 1020 DOM tubing in stock next week to make steel seat posts for PK's etc. It is very strong steel and as good as CrMo for this application. It is used in the aircraft and motor racing industry as CrMo is. It has taken a long time for me to source this size tubing. I will be selling the posts raw, chromed or powdered.

In addition to all of the above, I make new race frames in all sizes and soon will be making 26" hard tail MTB frame/forks and 20" street frame/forks.

Please email me with any enquiries.

Cheers,
Gary.
