hehe well i was going real well with the recovery right up until last Saturday when i broke my leg yet again...not as seriously this time i just broke the femur above the knee....same leg too LOL knee held up great and is a credit to the surgeon who stuck it back together.
I'll post up some x ray pics when i get em on the camera.
Spent a few days in hospital here and got home late Thursday arvo.

O and yes i fell off a bike again Cheesy

Bone density tests as soon as healed up.... the Invada is my therapy so NO PK sorry you don't get it although..... yet again i do thank you for the thoughtfulness tho HEHE

Wheelchairs and backflips are not something you'd put together LOL NOICE!

Pic of new work in leg:

the 2 lower screws are from the earlier break the rest are new and they hold a nice chunk of titanium in there.
9 screws and about 30 or so staples.
