Ill just let the pics tell the story
This pole slides onto the fork stem
Final result
FAIL. At one point we jumped on the pole and the corner of the car jumped into the air. I need a bigger car

LOL a press might work better i straightened a set of one piece cranks in a 12 ton press years ago

Put them on backwards & go off a big jump or hit a tree, worked for it the first time lol.

It looks like you had the bend off of the timber therefore it did not get the full force of the car!!
