not silly mate, i dont know what the standard is but i ride a 20" with 180's . one of the guys I race against has 180's on his 20" & 175's on his cruiser, he reckons thats just what works best. confused you even more???

For the GT ? I would use 180's. Seems to be the go with Pro riders. The littler guys use 175's or 170, 165's. Depends on the rider really.

Most pro riders these days all use 175's. That is what I would suggest you put on it. I am thinking about going back to 175's myself.

I run 175 on a cruiser.I am about 173cm.I did have 180's and found myself bobbing around.Also it seemed to make me more unstable when approaching jumps (and I certainly don't need that.)LOL
On the other hand my brother runs 180's with absolutely no probs.He's about 2 inches taller
and about 100 horsepower more.
What I would do is scab a few rides from your mates and see what you like...........
