Cranks polished and the stem. The original stem has too many deep hammer marks in it to polish out so im gonna go with a Nitto SX stem. Rubbed back the paint today and got the little rust spots out, primed with ESP ready to paint. The OG pedals are stuffed so Im restoring some XCII's to put on. Got some decals from Waza, (not you Waz lol.)

Pics to follow.

Ok, the paint was finished today, the clear coat will be hard enough tomorrow to put the decals on. I also finished rebuilding the pedals (XC-II's). I am waiting for the grips from Prosight (thankyou) and a set of NOS joytech low flange hubs to arrive so I can lace them to NOS ARAYA 1 3/8 Aero style rims.

I am wondering now whether to get a new suntour free wheel or use the old one... if some one has a new 16t freewheel im interested or I will just go buy a new Dicta one from the LBS.

Ads you can still buy ACS Claw freewheels new from ebay or some shops even. Don't use a Dicta. They are crap.

Looks good mate. Are you going to buff up the cranks? If so you might want to buff up yourself while you are there  Grin

The stickers look even better in the flesh mate.

Yes Brett, this bike is going to my little fella (6), there shouldnt be too much fighting or i'll flog em all lol.

I will be using the bars in the top picture, they are the OG ones. Polish up the brakes, new black cable still have to polish and lace the rims ( they will be polish aluminium) then the red/white MOON-Lites, black Suntour XCII pedals.
