Anyone got a bike stand  for sale, the show type

I picked this up on the weekend from Morayfield Super Cycles, they retail for just under $30.00. i know its a little different than the sort you are probably after but I reckon this was value.... and it folds up flat for transport. Has a brand sticker on top that says PROSTOR. i was lucky enough to find one missing one of the rubber stops so the guy knocked a further $5.00 off the price and i know our local hardware sells the rubber bits for about 13c each. .  johnny chopper sells the other sort that sit just behind the bb for about $25each in raw steel. hope this helps

This is the type Johnny Chopper sells for between $20-$45 depending on what material you want. I think the raw ones start at $20 and go up to Stainless or chromed.

Cheap way to make one is 400 mm long piece of round hardwood, like an old shovel handle, drill holes at top and put 100 mm  long 12mm round dowel in where it locks round frame and then file the bottom end  of the 400 mm bit so its rounded on inside and screw and glue another bit of 400 mm round to make the base, slip some hose over the dowels to protect frame. I did this but threw it away and made em from steel, if i want to show a bike ever (if I even get one finished well enough) l'll smooth the welds and paint.  My metal ones cost me nothing really, and are easy to clean up if i want to.
If you need i can send you a diagram with measurements.

That took ten minutes to make and isn't even cleaned up but would clean up easy.
