Does anyone know what these grips are, I know they are rubber and brand new, anyway if anyone wants some I can get my hands on some sets for $6 pr

They're Hunt Wylde copies by the looks of it. Is there anything stamped into the ends?

I dont remember, i'll have a look tomorrow, they were used as replacement parts for a type of welding trolley made in the 70's-80's, the guy told me they were from Malvern Star he thinks?

Mid 70's I turned my sisters pink Malvern Star flat black (she was not amused), bought nobley tyres bmx seat, handle bars & a set ot them grips.
Couldn't tell ya what brand, but definately late 70's

they look like Genuine "Sorblistamaka's" i had some on my old MX. Very cagey critters, commonly found partially embeded in childrens hands.  Tongue

LOL yeah some of the cheaper versions are quite hard Cry but these are good quality rubber, I have found out that they are original NOS OGK's made in japan  Grin

I think they were on the maxi which had little flatblack steel handlebars (supermax had colour coded spongie grips).
I also remember them on late 70's MX style bikes.  The little fins would break off leaving a stub that would tear up your hands.
However, at age 9 it was all part of the fun fun fun.
