That was the first track I raced at, it seemed to take forever to get there from Box Hill where we lived at the time.
In my first race I was right at the back when everyone in front of me crashed, suddenly I was in the lead and of course in the next corner I crashed and then came last Grin.

My friends dad filmed it on Super-8, I should see if he still has it.

Lalor was the first track I raced at too. The same meet that Stu Thomsen, Denny Davidow etc raced at. Around 81.
