WoW How cool are those? I love 'em.
Back when bmx in Sydney was full on.
I was friends with Glen Reid and his brother Ross. They still live around the corner from my dad in Baulkham Hills.
Love the pics.

Yeah I knew all those guys. I was a few years older than you lot. I was sponsored by Champion at Baulkham Hills. My name is Glenn Casey. I lived in Pearce street. I never raced at Castle Hill. I raced at Blacktown every Sunday though.
I'm the oldest doofus at the back right. Glenn and Ross are in there too.

Tim and I raced that meet. That was the 2nd of 4 that made up the Aussies.
Great crowd and atmosphere. I t doesn't seem like 29 years ago.

We had a hell of a time in Qld for the remaining two rounds.

Great photo's from the 81 aussie's and 80 Quicksilver grand nationals and all they other ryde one's.
I still see Jeff and Darren Bennet a little bit and talk to James Teage every once in a while.
I saw Gavin Leer at a race early this year.
Yep the best years of bmx around this time.
