I got some tuffs (dated xxxxx94) the other day but they're both setup as front wheels.

Is it possible to change the setup of one of them to rear ?

I've never had a set of tuffs before so I have no idea... I guess I don't really have a set now either.

If they are the plastic type hub then no your stuck with two fronts.
The alloy and steel flange wheels can be drilled and replaced but you'll still need to find a hub, not an easy task.
