I've never seen one of those but theres a million different haro master copies around like it. I'd cut the chaingaurd tabs and kickstand off and make a Haro Replica.
My son rides a haro copy to school. The kids used to bag him until he told them I made it for him. Now it's cool.

 I also have no knowledge of these bikes but found this in BMXMuseum, looks awsome with the chrome top tubes, the member is also local!
PS that chrome frame that is on the table near it might be a 89-90 Haro Master? can I get a pic of it?
