It says skyway made in usa but its got 2 raised bits on each spoke a bit like an oe but only 5 spokes, any idea what it is called?

It's a version of the OE wheel. Mid-late 80's. They came in 6 spoke too.

My 24" Tuffs are newschool and have the same spoke pattern as well. They still make them in 24" like that.

Maybe we can make a pair between us.  The part where spoke meet rim is different to the 6 spoke OE ones.
