G'day guys.
Just found this site and been reading through some of the threads.

Firstly its been what seems like half a lifetime since I last pulled air out of a vert ramp or completed a tail whip. Not that I was ever the best rider around but BMX Freestyle used to be my life through school and even afterwards. Once I got my drivers license, learned about 'tha ladies' and how to persue them my passion faded. sad i know but its the truth.

Mates of mine all had descent rides which included Haro's, Mongoose and even a black Kuwahara. I built an old Haro up from nothing. Started with a white 84 Haro SPORT frame and forks and ended up with 48 spoke chrome plated ARAYA rims, Peregrine 5 peice bars and even modified a PITBULL centrepull brake system to the lower rare of the frame. I loved that bike!

We would take train rides into Sydney and ride the huge half pipe that used to be on the Bondi prominade back around the late 1980's. Also would try and meet up with some 'PRO' riders to learn flatland tricks and we would be out from sun up till sun down and then some. Good days.

Today Im approaching 37 years of age and am insipred to look into a haro like i had back in the day.

I guess after seeing some very cool rides on eBay and sites on the net I would like to relive some of those good days and chase down a bike similar to what I had back then. Maybe not the same and maybe not white but I have been thinking of maybe looking up a pre 90's ride that would renew that old passion.
With my son only reaching his first 3 months in this world I figured maybe I could get some kind of style sorted before he's old enough to realise im a has been and we might inspire him to ride when he's old enough.

First things first, I dont care to kill myself as I have a family to support now so I dont need a modern day dirt jump bike for big air stunts. Im keen for some SKYWAY TUFFS and looking for opinions on what's cool and what's not. I heard that Haro rereleased some old bikes a few years back- is this true? Where is a good source to search out an old Haro or possibly even SKYWAY completed ride?

Thanks for listening and I look forward to hearing some points of view. Your help will be grately appreciated.
